Marie Wigmore
Marie has experience of the wider IT industry spanning four decades; managing multi-million-pound programmes and heading up transformational change across multiple sectors. In more recent years, Marie has immersed herself, both via personal interest and professional responsibilities, in the rapidly evolving Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance space.

One of her most recent successes, engaging with a specialist insurance company holding global reach, focused on transformational change within the business and specifically how data will be governed, processed, presented and trusted, resulting in the effective delivery of a modern data architecture, Data Mesh and Data Products. In her most recent role, Marie provided a telecommunications company with operations in over 150 countries with strategic advice, transformation and accelerated AI capabilities through a complex scope of work involving Semantic Modelling and the creation of foundation Digital Twin.
Stephen Suleman
Stephen offers over 20 years of experience as a proven and trusted delivery expert providing advantageous business transformations across sectors including government, transport, retail, finance and insurance. Stephen’s roles are continually driven by leadership and results, and Data Modernisation and Data Mesh have been at the forefront of his endeavours over the last two years. Firstly, on the Data Modernisation Initiative delivering a Modern Data Platform and business facing data products for a leading global insurance company. Secondly, overseeing multiple data projects including a large-scale data centre exit and the implementation of strategies to support key customers in their use and reporting of data for an organisation specialising in insurance brokerage and risk management.
Stephen’s most recent engagement has been in the higher education sector working alongside a prominent red brick university, liaising both with onsite coordinators and leading the executive board.
Our Principal AI Architect
A strategy leader with tier one consulting skills across diverse industries including Telecommunications and various financial sub sectors. To remain at the forefront of a cutting-edge industry he places a substantial emphasis on professional development and updating relevant skills. His most recent noteworthy updates include MIT xPro certifications in ‘Designing AI Products and Services’ and ‘Machine Learning, Modelling, and Simulation: Engineering Problem-Solving in the Age of AI’.

This depth and breadth of knowledge has facilitated his most recent engagement as an Enterprise Architect for a commanding Telecommunications company operating across a diverse portfolio in all areas of the globe. Not only does he drive the agenda for technologies such as Large Language Models and Generative AI but such a role requires a diversity of skills working with different groups of people and technologies.
Dr. Richard Nicholson
Richard is a technologist and a strategist with over two decades of experience driving transformation and innovation across industries including Telecommunications, Financial Services and Smart Cities. After earning a PhD in astrophysics, Richard has spent his professional career mentoring high performance technology teams and building extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, data governance and modular architecture. He is a recognised thought leader and advisor within industry standards bodies, regulatory frameworks, and global enterprises.
Richard has most recently provided his services as a consultant on AI and Data Strategy to an industry leader in the telecommunications sphere. He spearheaded the development of corporate strategy for scalable Enterprise AI alongside a corresponding Data / AI strategy – addressing the regulatory complexities and governance challenges.
Yvonne O'Connell
Yvonne has over twenty-five years of experience in Organisational Change, Implementation of ITIL Framework, Service Delivery, Service Design and End User Computing Delivery. Yvonne holds many certifications including ITIL V3 Expert/ITIL 4 Certificate, an ISO accreditation and was a finalist for the 2009 BCS award for Service and Support Professional of the Year.
With her experience and commitment to delivering service excellence, Yvonne has worked across multiple sectors being accountable for delivery processes with a focus on critical business outcomes. This ranges from leading a team of service architects for several government departments to undertaking the role of Head of Service Management for the country’s most prominent railway company, leading various projects over an almost seven years.
Mark McCracken
Mark has led teams to produce business value, pairing high quality architecture and engineering work with steady, progressive leadership. Mark blends the best of waterfall and agile approaches and has designed and built data models and databases, BI dashboards, ML Models, APIs as well as designing operational processes to support them.
He has worked for a range of diverse companies including the Senior Engineering Manager for a leading British newspaper and the Head of Global Solution Engineering for a multi-national telecommunications company. Mark’s most recent engagement was with a separate telecommunications company, rescuing a project which had been running for 18 months with little progress by effectively collaborating closely with other program managers to bring a level of consistency to all areas of work.
Tyra Suleman
Tyra has spent much of her career in the Audio-Visual and Cyber Security space. Fronting the Internal Sales Team for a prominent AV integration company, she led the logistics for of every facet of the company, liaising with the extensive customer base, the warehouse team and the external sales team.
Steering a business development team for one of the UK’s leading cyber security specialists, Tyra directed a new way of working appealing to new customers involving personalised video content and engaging with prospects on a human level. Utilising her years of experience engaging with the higher education and professional services sectors, she then published a white paper entitled ‘Defining Zero Trust: The Future of Enterprise Security and why it should be a prerequisite’ which became a prominent campaign and drove new business across multiple sectors including Healthcare and Finance.
Tom Wigmore
Tom’s most recent role was as an Operations Administrator at VisionRT, a tech company specializing in Surface Guided Radiation Therapy. In this role, he was responsible for processing, shipping, and returning orders across Europe and America, ensuring time-sensitive orders met strict delivery deadlines. He managed the entire Europe RMA process, coordinated spare parts for field service engineers and clinics, and established a Choice Logistics warehouse to support next-day delivery needs. Using Sage and other CRM systems, Tom identified key operational trends to optimize workflow efficiency and product distribution.
With his strong technological proficiency and organizational skills, Tom previously worked for TD Synnex (TechData), one of the world’s largest IT distributors. As a Sales Operations Executive, he managed sales orders, purchase requisitions, and escalations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and a diverse customer base. His expertise in SAP, workflow management, and process optimization allowed him to effectively resolve customer backlogs, track orders, and enhance procurement operations.
